Please carefully read through my Terms of Service before commissioning me!!
When you are ready to commission me, please send me a detailed description of what you want, along with references for all characters involved. If they are OCs, please tell me their name and their personality (if you don't have a specific expression/pose in mind, knowing more about them will help me figure that out with you!)
I will not accept a commission if any of the references you send are genAI.

Terms of Service
These are personal commissions ONLY
Meaning that you cannot profit from the commission in any form or manner. This includes but is not limited to: reselling the commission, putting the commission on merchandise such as prints, t-shirt and the like.My Terms of Service are subject to change without notice Refer back to this page for updated Terms.By commissioning me, you have automatically agreed to all of these written terms.• Payment through Ko-fi. Please do not make payments until I have accepted your commission.
• No refunds after I finish the commission.
If I fail to start the commission, then the client will get 100% refund (minus fees).
However, I will only refund 50% of the total commission price if I have done the sketch and cannot continue for whatsoever reason.
• I will not do NSFW, discrimination or bigotry, excessive gore, or mecha
• You are not allowed to resell, use or distribute the commission in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency or future inventions in the space.
• You may NOT use my artwork in, for, or with AI (Artificial Intelligence) programs, software and the like. Use of my artwork in any space related to AI (Artificial Intelligence) is forbidden
• I will NOT accept any NFT/Crypto/Blockchain/AI (Artificial Intelligence) related project, ever. Please do not contact me about it.
• You cannot claim that you drew the commission.
•Every file/image I send will be run through anti-AI software (Glazed) and watermarked. You are not allowed to remove or crop it out. This is non-negotiable.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION• I do not answer dms/emails or work on weekends
•I do not take character design commissions at this time.
•I do not do graphic design. I will not make you a banner or graphic.
•I will work off written descriptions, but I prefer visual references. If you do not have any direct references (screenshots, ref sheet, etc.), I welcome picrews, face claims, moodboards, collages, stick figure drawings, etc. I will not accept genAI references. Ever.
• You may use any commission as a profile picture or header, as long as you tag me. For example in your bio or post, include "icon/header by @schwoobzilla".
• Every file/image I send will be run through anti-AI software (Glazed) and watermarked. You are not allowed to remove/crop it out.
