Please carefully read through my Terms of Service before commissioning me!!
When you are ready to commission me, please send me a detailed description of what you want, along with references for all characters involved. If they are OCs, please tell me their name and their personality (if you don't have a specific expression/pose in mind, knowing more about them will help me figure that out with you!)
I will not accept a commission if any of the references you send are genAI.

GENERAL
My Terms of Service are subject to change without notice. Refer back to this page for updated Terms.By commissioning me, you have automatically agreed to all of these written terms.PAYMENTS
Payment through VGen. Please do not make payments or send money without making a request first. Payment is due up-front and in full. Commissions $250+ will be eligible for a split payment plan ( half up-front, half on delivery)REVISIONS
A total of 3 revisions are allowed before incurring additional fees. Major revisions are only allowed during the sketch stage. Once the sketch is approved, only minor revisions are allowed.Additional charges are as follows:
- Minor revisions ( line art/facial expressions/minor color changes/etc. ): +$10 /revision
- Major revisions ( pose change/different outfit/background changes/etc. ): +$15-20 /revisionDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Final art will be delivered as a 3000x3000px PNG at 300 dpi in RGB, unless otherwise requested. I am willing to work in specified dimensions (phone wallpaper, profile banner or icon, etc) however, I will not accept any odd dimensions or layouts.
Each image will be run through Glaze (anti-genAI software) before delivery. You, the client, will receive both a glazed and an unaltered version. Do not post the unaltered version on any public/social media platform. The files will be clearly labeled.
Turnaround for these commissions will take 1-4 months (depending on the service). Please do not message me asking where your commission is before this time has lapsed.USE
These are personal commissions ONLY. Meaning that you cannot profit from the commission in any form or manner. This includes but is not limited to: reselling the commission, putting the commission on merchandise (prints, t-shirts, etc.) for distribution with the intent of selling for profit.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- You cannot claim that you drew the commission.
- I will not do discrimination or bigotry, excessive gore, or complex mecha
- You are not allowed to resell, use or distribute the commission in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency or future inventions in the space.
- You may NOT use my artwork in, for, or with genAI (Generative Artificial Intelligence) programs, software and the like. Use of my artwork in any space related to genAI is forbidden
- I will NOT accept any NFT/Crypto/Blockchain/genAI (Artificial Intelligence) related project, ever. Please do not contact me about it
- Every file/image I send will be run through anti-genAI software (Glazed) and watermarked. You are not allowed to remove or crop it out. This is non-negotiable.
- If you are found in violation of any of the above, you will be reported, blocked, and blacklisted immediately.REFUNDS
No refunds will be administered once a commission has begun, up to and including the completion of the piece. If a commission process has not started, the transaction is eligible for a full refund. Per VGen Refund Policy Guidelines, should I be unable to complete a commissioned piece by the guaranteed delivery date, commissioners are eligible for a 100% refund.COMMUNICATION
All communication will be via VGen or email. If you have any questions about my process or the services offered, please send me a message, or email me at [email protected]. Note that I will only respond Mon-Fri. I will get back to any messages sent during the weekend the following Monday.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION•I do not take character design commissions at this time.
•I do not do graphic design. I will not make you a banner or graphic.
•I will work off written descriptions, but I prefer visual references. If you do not have any direct references (screenshots, ref sheet, etc.), I welcome picrews, face claims, moodboards, collages, stick figure drawings, etc. I will not accept genAI references. Ever.
• You may use any commission as a profile picture or header, as long as you tag me. For example in your bio or post, include "icon/header by @schwoobzilla".
• Every file/image I send will be run through anti-AI software (Glazed) and watermarked. You are not allowed to remove/crop it out.
